What shipping options do you offer?

If you are in the United States, we will ship to you via FedEx service. We offer the following services:

United States Orders:

  • "FedEx Express Saver" (1-3 business days (Inside the 48 Contiguous States) $3.95

  • "FedEx 2 Day" (Outside 48 - AK (Alaska) & HI (Hawaii)) - $9.95

  • "FedEx Standard Overnight" $12.95


    International Orders (Outside the US):

  • "FedEx International Economy" (2-4 business days) $29.95

  • "USPS Express Mail / EMS" (3-5 business days - Tracking Number and Insurance Included) $27.95

  • "USPS Air Parcel Post - CANADA ONLY" (7-14 business days - No Tracking Number) $6.95

    PLEASE NOTE: We have been having trouble with the Standard Air Parcel Post - $11.95 service. Packages were being lost and there was no way to track these lost packages. We will offer this service if you are willing to take the risk of a lost package. We just do not recommend this service.

    I placed my order for “FedEx Overnight Delivery”. Will I receive it on the next day?

    If you placed an order for “FedEx Overnight Delivery” during the work week (Monday – Thursday) before 3:00 PM Central time, then you will receive your order the next day. If you place your order on Friday for “FedEx Overnight Delivery”, then your order will be shipped on Friday, but will be delivered on the next business day - Monday. If there is a holiday, then that day should be taken into account. FedEx will deliver on a Saturday, but you must call this request in to us. There will be an extra fee for this ultra-premium service. FedEx does not deliver on Sunday.

    Can I get my package on a Saturday?

    Yes, you must place your order by 3:00 PM Central time on Friday AND you must notify us by calling our Toll Free number (877-289-7994). There will be an additional charge applied to your order for this service.

    Do you ship to Post Office boxes?

    We use FedEx for the majority of our shipments. They require a physical address to deliver to. We will ship to a post office box if there is no physical address and the order is called in.

    What if I know I won’t be home when FedEx tries to deliver. Will they leave it at the door?

    Yes, FedEx by default leaves all packages at the door. If you want to sign for your package, there will be an extra $1.40 charge.

    I just placed an order for rare and expensive glass tubes. Will you pack them well so they arrive unharmed?

    We use new corrugated brown boxes for every order. Tubes are wrapped in triple-ply Kraft paper. Because of its natural give and stiffness, Kraft paper provides a much better cushion for tubes as compared to styrofoam peanuts or foam….AND it can be recycled. All of our products are packaged this way regardless of value.

    I want to place an international order. Will you ship to my county?

    We probably will.     What is a shipping surcharge?

    Some items that we sell are quite heavy. For instance, speakers, transformers, tube kits and other large or bulky items will incur a much higher cost to ship. Therefore, those items may be subject to an additional shipping charge (surcharge). If you are in the United States and order 1 piece of speaker, transformer or small tube amp kit $3.50 will be added to your order. If you order 2+ pieces of speaker, transformer or small tube amp kit $8.50 will be added. Shipments of speakers, transformers and tube kits to countries outside of the United States will be surcharged on a case-by-case basis. If you want to place an order for anything that is subject to a surcharge and you want to know what you will be charged before you order, just call us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

    Will I get a tracking number for my order?

    We send a tracking number email for every order we ship via FedEx. If you placed an order and requested FedEx service (Domestic or International) you will receive an email to the email address you provided us when you placed the order.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you placed an order to be delivered by FedEx and you have not received an email with a tracking number, it may be because of “Spam Blocking”. Unfortunately these “Spam Blockers” may see our tracking confirmation email as Spam. We have no control over your Internet Service Provider and the way they stop Spam. If you have not received a tracking number for your FedEx shipment, please email or call (Toll Free: 877-289-7994) us and will provide it to you.
